Andy Breckman is best known today as the creator and writer of the series "Monk, " and probably less well known as a screenwriter for "IQ", "Arthur 2: On the Rocks" and "Rat Race," among others.
For many years, Andy has been provoking gales of laughter from audiences in the greater NYC area on WFMU-FMs call-in stunt show "Seven Second Delay," with co-host and exasperated station manager Ken Freedman.
